Met Lee at Arnold School, Blackpool in 1956 or 1957

We played in the same Rugby team for many years. He was Outside Centre and very fast, also tough.  In the sixties, when teenagers, we all frequented coffee bars where Lee and Wendy were an item. Lee's mother had a fancy goods shop just off "The Golden Mile" and he was held in the highest esteem because of his ability to provide exotic brands of cigarettes like Winston, Turf and Pall Mall.

Like many of the gang Lee moved to London after university. He stayed in touch and will be sadly missed. Lee was a lovely, lovely man.
